Good morning everyone, I was trying to play with some idea of a new breakfast and decided using blueberries, acai powder, plums and hemp seeds in almond milk with mixed oats, ended up very yummy. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk (or any other plant milk)
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 30g blueberries
- 1-2 small dried plums (optional)
- 4 tbsp mixed oats or müesli
Instructions
- Warm up the almond milk for 2 minutes
- Move it to a blender and add all the ingredients (except oats)
- Blend for 30seconds to 1 minute according to your blender power
- Move contents to a cereal bowl and add oats and mix them together with the almond blend
Notes
- If you use a Vitamix, remember to start fro speed 1 to 10 slowly.
