Spinach smoothie

Spinach smoothie

Today was a lazy day so I decided to make something that would energize my day. I had some frozen spinach as leftovers from a previous salad I made, so I thought so I should make a nice green smoothie. I mean who doesn’t love green smoothies, they’re great for your health (remember to drink slowly ofc) and give a good energy boost.

Ingredients
  1. 400 ml water
  2. 15g chia seeds
  3. 15g raisins
  4. 1 large apple
  5. 30g blueberries
  6. 100 g frozen spinach
  7. 45 g oats
  8. 1 tsp agave syrup
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a powerful blender. I personally use a Vitamix blender which I start from slow speed to high for 1 minute and a half.
Notes
  1. I would keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for better taste, or you could use ice when preparing it, and add a bit less water.
