I came back from the chiropractor, feeling a bit tired today, so I thought I would power up my day with a new smoothie, which I will call ‘The hulk’ from now on. Hope you enjoy it 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 banana
  2. 3-4 small dried plums
  3. 1 avocado (remove skin and seed)
  4. 1 medium apple
  5. 50g frozen spinach
  6. 450 ml almond milk (best if cold)
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-power blender (minimum 1000W) between 1-2 minutes, according to how you like the texture and the power of your blender.
Notes
  1. If you use a Vitamix blender, start on variable speed from 1 and slowly increase until you get to 10. If you do not have almond milk at hand, you can also substitute for any other plant milk or water.
